Hynt is a new national access scheme that works with theatres and arts centres in Wales to make sure there is a consistent offer available for visitors with an impairment or specific access requirement, and their Carers or Personal Assistants.

This site will tell you all you need to know about Hynt: who it’s for; what it provides; and how to become a member.

If you need support or assistance to attend a performance at a theatre or arts centre then you may be eligible to join hynt.

Hynt is a national scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to make things clear and consistent. It’s also a resource for anyone who needs specific access information to plan a trip to the theatre.

If you have an impairment or specific access requirement, or care for someone that does, then Hynt applies to you.

hynt is a membership card

Hynt cardholders are entitled to a ticket free-of-charge for a personal assistant or carer at all the theatres and arts centres participating in the scheme.  To see if you are eligible or to apply please visit the website www.hynt.co.uk
